So I just had to replace the upper portion of it. The original one has some plastic (WTF cheap ) that the metal rod goes through which melted away/broke when I was beating up the lawn tractor pulling a drag. After that the pully was a little off and wobbly. The replacement parts from General Transmission were exactly the same and worked great.
