Hello! I did exactly you said. There were updates available. I installed them but an update named "Euro Truck Simulator 2" is not installing. My current game version is 1.26.5.1s which updated yesterday night following which i am facing this issue (now i checked the steam downloads and came to know about the game update).
What i'm saying is that this player for the duration of the convoy should get access to DLC A & B so we can travel together. I've been in multiple servers where players are spread between DLC regions but can't travel together because each one has different DLCs. There are other games that have done this tactic and it works great for multiplayer.
