Took the speed sensor off, the chain adjusters I wrenched all the way in. Bumped the tire all the way forward. Then wiggled the axle out. Pulled the chain off now that had more space to move the tire/rim even farther forward. I just rotated the tire to the rear and pulled it straight back.
