For the 5.7 Hemi Engines, the oil dipstick has twists. My Jeep WK Hemi has it as well as my Ram Hemi. I must say it is incredibly annoying when checking the oil. The only thing that I can suggest is find someone in your area that has a 5.7 Hemi in their WK or ask the dealer if they have one in stock that you can compare.
